About the role:We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing efforts for our real estate projects. You will lead the content team and manage all marketing operations. You will report directly to the AVP of brand and marketing. This is a management position, so team-leading experience is mandatory.Qualifications and Skills required:- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is generally required.- Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience (typically 4-5 years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and social media management.- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in handling and growing social media. platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X -both organically and through paid strategies.- Project Management: Experience managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to execution and analysis.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with team members.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders.- Ability to manage the team.- Proficiency in proofreading, creative feedback, and content planning- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.- Proven track record of developing successful marketing plans and executing them effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
