The idea candidate will oversee efficient manufacturing and operations of the company's Garment products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the production floor to ensure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Prefer candidate who would have worked in garment factory and MTM garment units. Responsibilities Prepare textile and apparel production plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. You will receive material status against each order and will monitor the progress of material received. You will get Sampling of our designs developed and manufacture the approved sample against the order sheet. Ensures that apparel production staff and lines are properly balanced for target output using all technical skills. You will be fully responsible of Supervision of the production floor for our online , MTM and B2B & export orders Maintain highest quality so that defective or faulty goods are not produced Source Production staff and maintain discipline in the unit. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ year supervisory experience in garment manufacturing Act independently Strong communication skills Knowledge of southern languages , multilingual Complete knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, textiles and machines.
