As Manager in our Manufacturing IT department, with reference to the Director of Manufacturing IT, you will be an important part of the daily management of 15-25 employees all working with implementation of NNE's 'home gowned' Manufacturing Execution System called PAS-X, Syncade or Any MES. The LMES team is an integral part of Manufacturing IT, where more than 100 highly skilled and motivated employees work in interdisciplinary teams with exciting projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our projects range widely from initial feasibility studies and concept designs to handover of fully operational facilities. The projects span from very large green field projects to medium sized revamp and digitalization projects. We are part of the NNE project house and work in cross-disciplinary teams that carry out around 1500 projects a year, spanning from smaller consulting assignments to large greenfield projects employing several hundred people on one project. Location: Bangalore, India Seniority: 7-10 years Department: Manufacturing IT How You Might Spend Your Days As a Manager in Manufacturing IT, you'll be working in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment where you'll: Be responsible for a team of 15-25 employees in direct reference, specialized within implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (PAS-X/Syncade/Other MES) Be a member of Manufacturing IT management and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals. Guide and promote competence development within Manufacturing IT together with the management team. Support our customer representatives in collaboration with Account and Project Management Work with strategic partners about collaboration / partnerships. Collaborate closely with our office in India where an increasing amount of the engineering is carried out. Besides your management tasks, you will be participating in projects, to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working. Who you are. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role: You have a degree in engineering within IT, electrical and communication, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical production. You have minimum 7 - 10 years of experience within manufacturing IT from the industrial/life-science sector. You have experience in people management or team management. You might also have experience within engineering projects in the industrial/life-science sector. We're experts bound by a noble cause and driven by passion.
