This role ensures that every release—whether a new title, feature update, or patch—meets technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a smooth and predictable release process across all markets.Skills:Release operations & validationRisk management & problem solvingProject coordination & schedulingBusiness and technical awarenessClear communication & stakeholder managementStrong attention to detailResponsibilities:Support game release readiness by checking assets, configs, and documentation.Run validation steps such as smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA tasks.Help maintain the release calendar and update stakeholders on progress.Prepare and share release notes, known issues, and other supporting materials.Assist in coordinating with teams (development, QA, compliance, commercial) to align on release requirements.Track and report risks or blockers to senior Release Managers.Participate in post-release reviews and suggest improvements.Desired TalentsTeam player with good communication skillsPositive, proactive attitudeCalm and reliable under pressureCurious and willing to learnCustomer-focused mindsetOrganized with strong attention to detailResilient and adaptableEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experienceQualifications
