Executive Manager - Chief Engineer

• Establish, enhance, and maintain consistent ways of working across the Chapter and business, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Apply data-driven insights and performance metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize Chapter efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the effective and constructive resolution of conflicts arising within or outside the Chapter, ensuring alignment and collaboration across stakeholders.

• Minimum 18 years of industry experience,with a strong background in Banking and Finance.
• Have hands-on experience Java, Typescript, PySpark or Python
• Sound knowledge and experience working with AWS services
• Experienced technology professional with deep knowledge of data platforms and their capabilities
