  • Solid understanding of business transformation methodologies to drive client-focused solutions. Ability to leverage domain expertise relevant to client needs, ensuring tailored strategies and frameworks. Proficient in conducting comprehensive analyses to identify improvement areas and present actionable insights. Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops to collaboratively define project objectives and deliverables. Skilled in developing structured project plans that align with client requirements and transformation goals.
