  • Implementation, adherence and tracking of end-to-end Instapak portfolio development process.
  • Support Sales and Lab team to develop instapak solutions which are technically feasible and commercially viable.
  • Maintain and update the key documents such as application templates, tracker, opportunity analysis, performance report card as well as portal data on a periodic basis in a timely manner.
  • Conduct and Report customer trials and support sales team to move the project in positive direction.
  • Create strong relationship with customer by providing customized real time solutions of the packaging process in line with customer’s requirement.
  • Conduct Machine installations, generating SOPs and Training at customer’s end for final implementation of the project.
  • Conduct refresher trainings session of the team on application centric sales approach for Instapak.
Competencies
  • Hands on experience of 5 years developing technical packaging solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of protective and transport packaging.
  • Relevant experience of maintaining and troubleshooting packaging machinery at customer’s end.
  • High level understanding of industrial electrical, electronic and mechanical machine parts.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Customer obsessed and can drive results at customer end.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with respect to process, ethics and documentation.
EducationDiploma or Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
