Job DescriptionOverall overseeing business sales/marketing, projects, including but not limited to -Overseeing full life cycle delivery of renewable projects from land acquisition tocommissioning, ensuring disciplined execution and commercial viability.∙Portfolio Leadership: Resource creation for RE Projects including solar, wind, BESS,hybrid projects both retail and IPP sector in India.∙Commercial Stewardship: Shape offtake strategy, lead major commercial negotiations(PPAs, EPCs, supply chain), and ensure contracts secure both margins and resilience.∙Financial Partnership: Work with Group finance team to structure funding, managecapital efficiency, and maintain investor and lender confidence.∙Cross-functional Leadership: Integrate efforts across engineering, finance, legal,procurement, commercial, and project execution teams, creating clarity andaccountability.∙Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the face of the platform with the Board, investors,regulators, state authorities, and strategic partners.∙Organizational Leadership: Build a strong leadership bench, foster accountability, andinstil a culture of disciplined performance and speed.∙Governance & Improvement: Champion best-in-class project governance, vendormanagement, and process upgrades including digital tools and data-driven decision-making.Required Skills 15-20+ years in renewables, power, or large-scale infrastructure, with direct execution and P&L accountability., ∙Strong record in delivering complex, multi-site projects in dynamic environments., Skilled in structuring and negotiating contracts, financing, and commercial agreements, Comfortable engaging with Boards, investors, lenders, regulators, and state institutions.Sep 01, 202515 - 20 Years Exp.1 Vacancy
