Senior Project Manager – Home Automation

• Oversee end-to-end execution of home automation and AV projects from planning to commissioning

• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define requirements

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Lead and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks

• Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and troubleshoot project challenges

• Support pre-sales discussions by providing technical expertise

• Evaluate and implement new automation technologies for improved efficiency

• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management

• 7–10 years of experience in home automation, AV automation, smart buildings, or IoT projects

• Strong knowledge of automation protocols like KNX, Zigbee, and Z-Wave

• Hands-on experience in audio/video and home theatre system integration

• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
