As the Head of AI, you'll be at the forefront of developing advanced AI systems across NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommendation Engines, all while leading and mentoring a world-class team

Lead the research, design, development and deployment of AI systems that are on par with the state-of-the-art available in the market today
Build an exception AI team within the organization by finding, hiring and retaining the best available talent that is fit for our roles
Participate in key strategic decisions for the business regarding the company's R&D efforts and IP portfolio as well as the engineering roadmap and design
Lead the research and development of AI models - a varied portfolio ranging from small classifiers to fine-tuning LLM's for specific use-cases
Develop and implement strategies to track and improve the performance and efficiency of existing and new AI models and systems

Work on 'breakthrough' digital-and-analytics projects (NLP, LLMs)Work directly with the Founders

Recent demonstrable hand-on experience with LLMs - integrating off-the-shelf LLM's, fine-tuning, building RAG pipelines, designing agentic flows, and other optimization techniques with LLMs
Experience with Hugging Face, Spacy, BERT, Tensorflow, Torch, OpenRouter, Modal, and similar services / frameworks
A postgraduate degree (MS, M.Tech. or PhD) in relevant Science or Engineering fields, with experience in research related to Deep Learning systems
8+ years of experience leading AI teams with successful production-deployed models
Strong conceptual understanding of the basics of machine learning and deep learning with expertise in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing

Leading SaaS Startup- Own the end-to-end AI delivery for the company- Work directly with the founders- Drive business growth of the AI native organization
