This role requires a hands-on Java developer with strong architectural decision-making capabilities and experience in enterprise-grade systems. Familiarity with jBPM and network infrastructure is a strong advantage.What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
Make architectural decisions to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate business process management solutions using jBPM.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Leverage knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure to optimize application performance and security.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Proven experience in software architecture and system design.
Experience with jBPM or similar BPM tools.
Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
