Key Responsibilities - Management Trainee (Sales)- Business Development Support: Identify, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities to expand market presence.- Channel Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key channel partners to drive consistent sales.- Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to inform sales planning.- Sales Strategy Execution: Support the frontline sales team in implementing business strategies and achieving revenue and distribution targets.- Marketing & Promotions Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to support local branding, product launches, and promotional campaigns.- Client Engagement & Field Exposure: Attend client meetings, field visits, trade events, and industry expos to gain firsthand exposure to the sales ecosystem.- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.- Customer Experience Management: Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Eligibility Criteria:- Education: MBA in Marketing/Sales from top B-schools batch 2023 or 2024.- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
