- Warranty and Non-Conformity Cases- Back Office Support from Jejuri Pune Office
- Technical Support and Continuous Improvement in Technical breakdown and issues. A person will provide technical support to service team as and when required. If required visit the site for further support.
- RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Report Preparation
- Troubleshooting during breakdowns
- Travelling to sites as & when required
- Interacting with cross functional team like Branch Service Team, Engineering, Factory, Global Technical team, and Suppliers
- Technical Training - Customer and Internal. Person will provide customer training on maintenance and operation as and when required.
- Working at Height
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards
- Variable Frequency AC Drives and AC Motors
- Electrical and Electronic devices like Load cell, encoders, switches, sensors, MPCB, Relay/Contactors
- Crane Application- Experience in crane industry is mandatory.
- Brakes - Thruster/DC Disc Brakes. Gear box, Wire Ropes, Drum, wheels
