Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with interaction design in product design or User Experience (UX) design.
Experience in User Experience (UX) with visual design (e.g., typography, color theory, and visual storytelling).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with working in a cross-functional organization.
2 years of experience in leading design projects.
Experience in working with teams in consumer settings with focus on detailed aspects of visual and motion design, related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements with the ability to use motion to express sentiments.
Experience in leading design language and systems development, with the knowledge of their trends/usage.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide thoughtful solutions.
Communicate the user experience at multiple stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Create narratives, executive summaries, and presentations to align stakeholders to establish a shared goal.
