The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, office administration, employee engagement, and compliance across our Kolkata office.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations. Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.Administration: Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities and vendor management. Coordinate travel arrangements, office supplies, and other administrative logistics. Ensure smooth functioning of IT, housekeeping, and maintenance support. Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.Job requirements
