- Engage and facilitate communication with technology leaders to assess their needs on people and workforce matters;
- Execute and manage technology team events – Fintech, Innovation summit, People Engagement events;
- Envision and develop a strategy for internal communication requirements of the function and execute them in a well-organized manner (Eg dashboards, townhall materials, newsletters, etc.);
- Support functional training curriculum logistics for early career talent;
- Drive Employee Engagement efforts along with regional business operations team
- Manage communication routines, storage and archiving for effective use
- Adopt operational excellence to apply digital mindset and identify areas for automation, wherever opportunities exist
- Excellent, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to host/chair meetings and drive outcomes, with help from the regional team
- Highly proficient with use of MS Office applications and new operating apps that the bank will launch (Teams, MS 365 etc.)
- Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Teamplayer – helps and supports others to be successful
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in diverse locations.
- Strong MS Excel, Word & PPT skills. Macro skills will be an added advantage.
- Should possess strong Logical/Analytical skills - ability to think out of the box and propose process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply operational efficiencies in existing processes
