Receptionist
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Timing: 10am to 7pm (1 week off except Saturday or Sunday)Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries related to real estate projects
  • Maintain visitor logs and schedule client appointments
  • Coordinate with sales, site, and CRM teams for client follow-ups
  • Manage front office documentation, files, and records
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, letters, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate office environment
  • Ability to handle multiple enquiries calmly and professionally
  • Presentable, punctual, and well-groomed
