Receptionist
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Timing: 10am to 7pm (1 week off except Saturday or Sunday)Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries related to real estate projects
- Maintain visitor logs and schedule client appointments
- Coordinate with sales, site, and CRM teams for client follow-ups
- Manage front office documentation, files, and records
- Assist in preparing basic reports, letters, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area
- Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate office environment
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries calmly and professionally
- Presentable, punctual, and well-groomed
