- Work with sales team on Automation funnel, qualifying opportunities for Total Lab Automation and manage the opportunity till closure with sales team using CRM tool.
- Conduct Workflow analysis in targeted client segments, qualify the client for TLA and Identify the right solutions for specific customer needs and work with Sales Team to understand the Solution Costing.
- Work with Sales team to draft the technical specifications for project.
- Lead the client presentation for proposed solution and respond to technical inquiries “Pre-sales”.
- Build client relationship at all levels e.g. Lab staff, Lab Director, Lab manager and C suits through regular product update and other client engagement activities.
- Work with L&D and Sales for Automation hardware forecast and provide the forecast to global marketing/ Automation lead.
- Launch of new products through launch excellence process and work with commercial organization to prepare a marketing plan for new products.
- Create market segmentation profile for current and new products in collaboration with marking and sales team.
- Communicate and align product development Roadmap with the market demands. (Automation and IT)
- Create marketing tools as per the market/sales team’s requirement and run the marketing campaigns for focus products
- Experience – 8+ years of minimum experience in product management/ Application in healthcare organizations
- Proven track record of being able to work under time pressure and in a lean organization.
- Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change
- Travel – this position will require travel within the country for external client/ internal team meetings and outside the country for any strategic, functional meetings and trainings.
- Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices for on-ground situation
