- Market Expansion: Open new markets in your region by connecting with multi-store retailers, large family jewellers, and distributors.
- Client Relationships: Use your industry connections to build and maintain high-value, long-term client partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Drive consistent order flow, repeat business, and ensure targets are met across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Insights & Feedback: Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (design, production) to align collections with regional tastes.
- Collections & Payments: Ensure smooth follow-ups on payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, regional trends, and provide insights to management.
- 1015 years of B2B jewellery sales experience (diamond/fine jewellery background strongly preferred).
- Strong network of decision-makers in jewellery retail chains and family jewellers.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across your region.
- Based in or open to frequent travel to Surat HQ.
- Attractive 1.5 2 lakh monthly salary + performance-linked incentives.
