Job Description:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in luxury residential projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing innovative design concepts, and delivering high-quality design solutions aligned with the organization's design philosophy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, leadership, and execution teams to ensure aesthetically appealing and functional designs while maintaining timelines and quality standards. This position requires strong design thinking, client engagement, and coordination skills to manage projects from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute design strategies

Understand client style, preferences, and project requirements

Create and present design concepts aligned with brand philosophy

Ensure excellent client experience throughout the design journey

Manage potential and ongoing projects for quality and timelines

Develop space planning layouts and design solutions

Create concept designs, mood boards, and material boards

Use AutoCAD and design software to develop drawings and layouts

Provide design guidance on dÃ©cor trends and innovations

Work closely with clients to define scope and design direction

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors

Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture

Develop custom furniture and home design concepts

Ensure aesthetics, functionality, and design standards are maintained

Support project execution teams with design clarifications

Maintain design documentation and presentations

Key Skills and Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in luxury residential interior design

Strong understanding of home design principles and space planning

Experience in consultations, renovations, and new construction projects

Expertise in layout planning, color schemes, lighting, and materials

Ability to create material boards and concept presentations

Client engagement and presentation skills

Vendor and contractor coordination experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior design software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to influence clients and stakeholders

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture

MBA in Design or international design exposure (preferred)

Experience in custom furniture design (nice to have)

Experience with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray (preferred)
