Role Overview - Offline Lead Generation (Business Development Manager)- We are looking for a highly motivated professional to build and drive a strong pipeline of qualified prospects by tapping into real estate broker and builder networks.- This role combines market development, relationship building, and hands-on execution in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.D. Key Responsibilities :"- Develop and execute offline lead-generation strategies focused on builder and broker partnerships- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales funnel- Build and manage CRM databases with accurate tracking and reporting- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives- Conduct market research to identify new industries and growth opportunities- Track performance metrics and optimize lead-generation effectiveness- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teamsE.
