Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing B2B clients. Regularly interact to understand their needs and position yourself as a trusted partner.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by introducing relevant products, services, or solutions to expand revenue streams.Oversee and manage client orders to ensure timely, smooth, and accurate deliveries that meet or exceed expectations.Lead negotiations to close profitable deals while aligning with the clients needs. Focus on long-term contracts and repeat business.Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for both new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on retention and account growth.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement. Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and improve service quality.Key Qualifications & Skills:27 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or building materialsDemonstrated success working closely with architects, interior designers, or related B2B stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in English and the local languageStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with high-level decision-makersGoal-oriented with a proactive and strategic approach to client management
