Salary up to 40k location: New delhi Immediate Joiner excellent communication experience: minimum 1 year Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative located in New Delhi. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and emails, and addressing guest concerns and needs. They will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean lobby area. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
