- Leading mining initiatives within existing accounts to map needs and pitch digital solutions
- Navigating competitive and technological landscapes to position products effectively
- Collaborating with internal delivery teams to align solution offerings with client needs
- Structuring and negotiating commercial proposals tailored to client goals
- Managing long sales cycles with C-suite engagement and consultative selling
- Leveraging domain understanding in supply chain, retail, or project management to build client confidence
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/IT preferred); MBA is an added advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of enterprise software, SaaS, or supply chain applications
- Industry exposure in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or project execution domains
- Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and exceed targets
