Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • Experience in Software Implementation/Integration or Enterprise Software Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in Data domain or Machine Learning domain.

  • Build and lead engineering team to innovate, invent, implement and deploy software solutions.
  • Demonstrate a technical and engineering leadership that builds the next-generation Finance Enterprise Platforms. Provide leadership on technical aspects of development, including technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
  • Work with leadership across functions and organizational boundaries to identify opportunities that drives the direction for the space.
  • Drive impact and influence on colleagues outside of their direct management chain including peer teams and their own team.
  • Understand, communicate, and support organization-level business objectives and priorities. Invest in team members’ individual growth, as well as broader organization health. Identify and solve team issues along a variety of dimensions, such as staffing, process, and prioritization.
