- Lead delivery execution for multiple cross functional enterprise technology teams or workstreams, serving as the primary Scrum Master and delivery lead to deliver predictable outcomes.
- Direct and coordinate activities across cross functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and others, proactively identifying and managing dependencies.
- Inspire collaboration and accountability without direct reporting authority, focusing on team health, delivery flow, and continuous improvement.
- Function as a bridge between Product Owners and Development teams, partnering closely with Product to ensure backlogs are well defined, prioritized, and ready for execution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand?ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and team demos, ensuring clear goals, alignment, and team engagement.
- Maintain delivery of artifacts and transparency using tools such as Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and risk logs, providing visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, impediments, and impacts to timelines, escalating and collaborating with teams and leadership to remove barriers to execution.
- Serve as a key delivery liaison to stakeholders outside the core delivery team, enabling effective coordination and alignment across functions and workstreams.
- Collaborate with peers across the delivery and PMO community to improve delivery practices, standards, and ways of working across programs, and mentor less experienced delivery practitioners as needed.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, tailoring messages for technical and business audiences across global time zones.
- Promote strong engineering, quality, and operational practices appropriate to the technology domain, supporting scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, flow, quality) to inform discussions and support continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of team health, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping teams mature their Agile practices over time.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, project management, or Agile program execution. or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Strong hands on experience serving as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager supporting cross functional technology teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with experience operating in enterprise or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience coordinating software or technology releases across multiple teams and functions, including operations, support, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments across teams and workstreams.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams, including coordination with third-party vendors as needed to meet delivery commitments.
- Hands on experience with Agile and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability to adapt Agile practices pragmatically, helping teams deliver effectively without over engineering process or relying on rigid checklists.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across one or more domains (e.g., digital product platforms, supply chain, automation, finance, data, or shared services) preferred.
- PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certification (PMP, CSM, ACSM, SAFe SSM/ASM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from ouroffice.
