Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading recruitment consultancy firm.Our Client a leading toy manufacturing company located at Kadi near Ahmedabad is looking for staff for their plant.Position: Performance Marketing ExecutiveExperience: 2-3 yearsLocation: Science City, AhmedabadWork Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)Salary: 30000-35000Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
 Run ads on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
 Drive traffic and conversions through the company website
 Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics
 Monitor KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI
 Optimize campaigns, budgets, and landing pages for better results
 Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creativesRequired Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
 Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and website tracking
 Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters
 Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
 Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
 Proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
