We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founders. This role combines operations, coordination, and personal branding support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage founders’ schedules, meetings, and day-to-day operations
Handle follow-ups, project coordination, and stakeholder communication
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsSocial Media & Personal Branding
Manage and grow founders’ presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Assist in content planning and execution
Repurpose content with strong copywriting skillsKey Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of digital marketing & personal branding
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a startup environmentQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Tech preferred)
Exceptional candidates without formal degrees can also be considered
0–5 years of experience in Marketing / Operations / EA roles
Exposure to digital marketing / online businesses/community management is a plusCompensation & Growth:
