The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design and implementation of Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Financial Planning and Consolidation process. You will work in complex and globally scalable projects that will demand the best of you, and contribute to the overall strategic vision of the organization. Responsibilities Design and develop efficient Tagetik solutions for complex business operations Mentor and lead the Tagetik team to deliver top-notch sustainable solutions Lead the implementation of Tagetik CCH solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Keep track of multiple Tagetik projects and report progress to the project manager Create architectural guidelines which will enable the team to adhere to industry standards Ensure adherence to software quality standards and ensure delivery with the highest possible quality without compromising on the timelines Collaborate with other members of the project team, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to ensure that the solution is delivered successfully Participate and contribute to talent acquisition & recruitment Experience & Expertise Strong technical knowledge in Tagetik At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Tagetik CCH solutions Experience in financial planning and consolidation processes, Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis Experience with related technologies, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to pick up new technology independently Be able to work under pressure and multi-task while remaining professional and courteous Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related field Strong communicator - Verbal, Written and Presentation skills to the business as well as to the technical team Stellar Business Knowledge and Solution Thinking - own what you build.
