• The purpose of this role is for design delivery and support of various Public / Private / Hybrid Cloud solutions working with latest technologies to ensure solutions are deployed to EY's clientele of small to large scale with help of Cloud Technology consultants.
• The incumbent should be able to lead team members provide directions and to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects. This role requires a balance of strong technical skills in cloud-based solutions and the ability to provide strategic guidance and oversight for our cloud services portfolio.
• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions, with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Create cloud application architecture & solution design for public cloud (Azure / AWS / Google) & hybrid cloud.
• Design strategies and tools to deploy, monitor, and administer cloud applications and underlying cloud platform services and expertise in proposing Cloud adoption, migration strategies.
• Work along with proposal team for solutioning and designing for reliable and scalable cloud solutions. Provide technical solution & effort estimates for RFPs.
• Build quick Proof of Concepts for newer cloud services released by cloud vendors (Azure / AWS / Google)
• Evaluate technology & tools to enable and optimize Support operations.
• Lead the technical delivery of cloud operations projects, from planning and design through implementation and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in working with external resource providers and managing key vendor contacts to deliver value that is consistent with expenditure.
• Create and deliver presentations that engage audience participants and respond to their questions and concerns Present complex and difficult messages skilfully.
• Understanding of resource management, communication management, FinOps, risk management, quality management, integration management, Cloud based pricing models etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in all IT methodologies that will be used to guide the technical work of Technical Teams assigned to programs/projects.
• Lead team for Design, Build and Operate private cloud infrastructures with help of Cloud.
• Finding opportunities and mining engagements liaising with pre-sales, vendors and various other EY internal teams to ensure highest levels of services are delivered to our end users.
• Possesses an understanding of IT Services: service offerings, technical standards and policies, technical and business strategies as well as organizational structure.
• Knowledge of IT Network, Storage and OS management will be added advantage.
• Work with varied stakeholders across multiple projects and sets architectural direction, builds consensus, mediates conflicts providing technical leadership and advisory services to the business / client.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on cloud operations, infrastructure, and architecture. Experience in managing technical teams in complex cloud environments, including multi-cloud infrastructures.
• Have solid technical understanding of Networking and Hosting technologies and solutions.
• High Level Understanding of Application (including infra/platform) Architecture (ERP, Custom Built or COTS applications)
• Experience in providing solution architectures for solutions in AI, Data domain, Machine Learning etc. domain.
• Experience in solutioning and deployment of automated monitoring and operations management tools in Cloud Infrastructure
• Expertise in writing scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automating cloud service deployments.
• Hands on experience about cloud automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, BICEP, Ansible, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (like Kubernetes or Docker), microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, API design and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Consulting and Implementation of SRE, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementation of IT security practices for medium to big solution projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders confidently.
• Relevant certifications of any of the Cloud Architect certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Architect or Industry Architect certifications like TOGAF is a must.
• Experience in DataOps and data services tools such as Databricks, RDS, ADF etc. is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science etc.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud and Infrastructure Landscape. This enhances a candidate's qualifications and demonstrate their expertise in cloud operations and architecture.
