Job Title: Employee Relations & Performance Management SpecialistLocation: GurugramExperience Required: 4–5 yearsQualification: MBA in Human Resources or related fieldAbout the Company:About the Role:We are looking for an HR professional with 4–5 years of experience to manage employeerelations and performance management at our automotive research and engineering company.This role is key to ensuring a strong people culture, fair employee practices, and the smoothimplementation of change initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee RelationsBe the point of contact for employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.Build and maintain a transparent, respectful, and positive work environment.Support disciplinary procedures and maintain detailed case documentation.Organize employee engagement activities in line with company values and goals.Performance ManagementDrive the company's Performance Management System (PMS) across all departments.Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback sessions.Train managers and teams conduct fair and effective evaluations.Analyse performance data to identify talent development needs and high performers.Work closely with technical teams to align performance expectations with project KPIs.Change ManagementSupport HR-led change projects such as restructuring, new processes, or system upgrades.Ensure employees are well-informed, trained, and supported during transitions.Communicate changes clearly across all levels of the organization.Gather feedback and help leadership adapt change strategies accordingly.Required Skills and Qualifications:MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory)4–5 years of experience in employee relations, PMS, and change managementStrong understanding of HR operations in a technical/engineering environmentFamiliar with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or other PMS softwareExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and build trust across departmentsExperience in handling white-collar technical talent is preferred
