We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of technical solutioning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop winning proposals and presentations.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and position appropriate technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales cycle, including meetings, workshops, and product demos.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and converting them into solution-driven opportunities.
2. Solution Design & Documentation
  • Translate customer needs into high-level and detailed solution designs.
  • Prepare comprehensive solution proposals, technical documentation, and pricing estimates.
  • Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and presentations aligned with client objectives.
3. Proposal Management
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored, compelling, and technically sound responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet technical and business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver winning pitch presentations that highlight solution value and differentiation.
4. Client Interaction & Communication
  • Engage with clients to present solutions and clarify technical elements.
  • Build trust and establish long-term relationships as a technical advisor.
  • Effectively communicate solution benefits, technical architecture, and implementation plans.
5. Solution Costing & Commercial Alignment
  • Work with finance and delivery teams to develop accurate solution costing and pricing models.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are viable from a technical, commercial, and contractual perspective.
6. Market Awareness & Internal Collaboration
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product management, business development, and legal teams during the deal lifecycle.
  • Contribute feedback to improve solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferable.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role.
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting enterprise solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical documents, solution blueprints, and cost estimates.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with solution selling methodologies and customer-centric approaches.
