Job Title: Business Development ManagerWork Location: Noida, IndiaExperience: 5- 12 yearsKey Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business expansion goals.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sale revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS, IMS, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Drive government and major enterprise deals through CxO-level involvement and long-term collaborations.
  • Lead GTM initiatives in many sectors, including government, education, manufacturing, BFSI, and IT/ITES.
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign messaging.
  • Utilize CRM tools wisely for pipeline management, sales analytics, and forecasting.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting models
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required, an MBA is desirable.
  • At least five years of B2B IT sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to close government and business (major) IT infrastructure deals, Managed Services, or IMS.
  • It is ideal to have extensive knowledge of SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, or IBM technologies.
