Inside sales - Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation : Identify and generate new B2B leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and digital tools.2. Cold Calling : Proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls to introduce software services, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings.3. Sales Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong sales funnel across domestic and international markets, ensuring regular follow-ups and conversion tracking.4. Client Engagement : Understand client requirements and propose suitable software service solutions that align with their business goals.5. CRM Updates : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.6. Proposal & Quotation Support : Collaborate with the presales or technical team to prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and service presentations.7. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.8. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to improve sales pitches and positioning.9. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients.10.
