Part validation for fitment and conduction of Pilot Production trials for mass production of new models.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBE/ BTech in Mechanical/Automotive EngineeringTechnical Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of advance surfacing, 3D modelling and 2D drawing in Catia V5/ Any CAD tool.
- Good understanding of DFM, DFA, DFMEA and GD&T.
- Knowledge of required manufacturing process in frame design.
- Exposure to Sheet metal analysis software
- Good understanding of FEA analysis for chassis system parts
- Experienced in handling suppliers and internal/external customers
