Design of crankshaft, con rod, piston, bearing, valve train, rocker shaft, cam train, balancer system, air intake system, Muffler, transmission, shift system design, starter system, radiator, chain &tensioner system, oil seals, clutch, throttle body, crankcase, cover, cylinder head, cylinder block, cylinder block, CVT system.
Engine layouting.
Hands on expertise in design tools (CATIA, Proe, KISSOFT, Romax,CRUISE) (Any of the keywords)
Understanding engine development process
Understanding and experience in design methodology with front loading
Proven record of (substantial) work on gasoline and 2 wheeler engines
