Lead - Site Testing & Commissioning

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for data center projects
• Lead a team of testing and commissioning engineers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Conduct ESG, EHS, and IMS audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize testing processes
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing and commissioning practices
• Oversee the development and execution of testing plans, risk assessments, and safety protocols
• Ensure alignment with Adani's sustainability goals and promote environmentally responsible testing and commissioning practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative testing methodologies

• 10-15 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
• Proven track record in testing and commissioning of complex data center projects
• Demonstrated expertise in ESG, EHS, and IMS audit
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Professional certifications in testing and commissioning, ESG, EHS, or related areas are highly desirable
