The work profile involves identification/close monitoring of incipient stress in the accounts, formulation of multi-pronged de-risking strategies (which includes corrective action, operational/financial restructuring, business turnaround financing, relationship management, etc.), and implementation of action plans for resolution of stressed assets.Key Responsibilities/Assignments:

Managing group relationships of large diversified Indian conglomerates with interests in EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Power, Roads, Healthcare, etc.
Monitoring entire resolution process of the accounts against which Insolvency proceedings have been initiated and ensuring protection of Banks' interests while formulation of resolution plan
Identification of strategic investors and M&A transactions for the takeover of stressed assets
Structuring debt requirements of investors/bidders interested in buyout of stressed assets
Resolution of stressed asset cases through implementation and close monitoring of various enablers from extant RBI guidelines
Negotiations for settlement and recovery through enforcement of security interest under SARFAESI
