- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Derive robust product positioning and translate it to effective and innovative communication strategies for the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring effective communication of key features and benefits.
- Work closely with product development teams to align branding with product attributes and market needs.
- Design National and State-wise Business Plan for products basis analysis of the competition landscape across markets.
- Conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Propose State-wise/Region-wise Pricing of products basis analysis of the competition landscape across markets.
- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Track and report on budget utilization and marketing ROI. Process establishment of measuring ROI of each campaign and effective budget monitoring
- Adept in BTL, Digital, CRM and ATL activations with data driven approach towards assessing effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and publish reports to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and opportunities for brand growth. Brandtrack, CaPs, Customer Profiling, Sale loss analysis
- Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Performing monthly sales forecasting & competitive analysis to determine accurate performance levels & need for growth into current and additional product categories.
- Developing processes to create an effective sales organization; proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of volume targets.
- Go To Market (GTM) strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams & senior stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives
