- Manage ATL/BTL campaigns including in-store branding, activations, and marketing collaterals
- Coordinate with printers, agencies, and vendors for packaging production and execution
- Own brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and consumer touchpoints
- Plan and execute product photography, digital creatives, and social media content
- Strong experience in packaging design and production; must have taken products from brief to shelf
- Experience in ATL/BTL campaigns and vendor/agency management
- Knowledge of compliance (FSSAI/AYUSH) and packaging regulations
- Strong creative thinking with Hindi copywriting ability for BTL materials preferred
