Additional information can be found at .As the Talent Acquisition Manager for India, you'll lead a high-performing team of professionals in one of our future high-growth locations, championing recruitment strategies, streamlining processes, and fortifying our employer brand. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition for EMEIA & APAC, your role is pivotal in our regional talent acquisition efforts and operational business success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and empower the India talent acquisition team, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Process Optimization: Spearhead the implementation of best practices in recruitment processes, continuously enhancing efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders in India, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to elevate our standing as an employer of choice in India, crafting compelling content and promoting our brand.
  • Recruiting: Take charge of key recruitment projects, staying abreast of the latest trends and strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Enhance KPIs to gauge recruitment effectiveness, delivering regular reports to aid decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams in recruitment, particularly in a multinational setting.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching prowess, fostering collaboration and talent nurturing.
  • Analytical acumen to derive insights and guide decision-making.
