Lenskart aims to be the best global company born out of India - a successful and sustainable organisation that continues to serve its purpose in the years to come.About the RoleIn this role, as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to lead recruitment efforts for the Supply Chain team. This role is based out of the Gurgaon Lenskart manufacturing plant.In this role we want you to partner with the Supply Chain leaders to help the business scale by identifying and recruiting top talent. Be a strong Talent Acquisition partner to the business leaders and offer insights and advice towards all things recruitment.This is a fast paced role wherein you will utilize a range of skills to find the best talent for Lenskart including research, networking and candidate development/attraction and assessment.

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (source - onboard)
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, both active and passive
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization's strategic hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity impact, etc
Use data-driven insights to collaborate with stakeholders and continuously improve the talent acquisition process

You are someone who has

6 -10 years of experience, preferably owning the end-end recruitment process
Ability to map talent via recruitment platforms, build talent pipelines and nurture potential talent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on delivering impact as well as outcomes for internal stakeholders
Enjoys working with data & analytics to drive decision making with stakeholders
Willingness to work out of the Gurgaon plant
