Reports To: Sales Head / General Manager – SalesRole and Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for process equipment salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutionsPrepare and deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrationsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close sales successfullyProvide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment specifications and applicationsCollaborate with internal technical and engineering teams for client-specific solutionsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target industriesMaintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactionsParticipate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing eventsAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIsQualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field3–7 years of experience in sales of process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, vessels, and storage tanksProven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectorsExperience in technical sales and understanding of industrial processing equipmentPreferred Skills:In-depth technical knowledge of process equipment (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, storage tanks)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and within cross-functional teamsGoal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
