And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHaving 7+ years of experience in Widows OS L3Support L1 and L2 to resolve critical issuesEnsure systems are always availableSuggest and develop automations for routine activitiesContinual Service Improvement Planning and executionsMaintaining and reconfiguring Active Directory servicesPreparation of RCA for Major IncidentsRepeat Incident / Alert AnalysisPerformance tuning suggest by OEMUpdate and maintenance of Availability, Capacity managementPlanning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery proceduresPreparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBaseMaintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra DocumentsTroubleshoot SSO issues - ADFS/Azure SSO IntegrationsAzure application integrationsPreferred Technical and Professional Experience

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
Vulnerability management
Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
