And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseHaving 3+ years of experience in Windows OS L1 SupportBasic Windows Server management and troubleshooting skillsPerform 24 X 7 monitoring of all the servers, for the following parameters by polling the servers at pre-defined intervals as agreed with customer during on-boarding phase.Availability of the serverFile System / Partition Utilization as applicableMemory utilizationProcessor utilizationMonitor critical services related to operating systemsCreation / Deletion / Modification of User ID, Group ID, ContactsPassword ChangesMonitoring of the Active Directory ServicesIncident / Request fulfilment / Change managementPreferred Technical and Professional Experience

Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
Vulnerability management
