The ideal candidate must have expertise in receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management.Key Responsibilities:Receivables Management:Monitor and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.Conduct regular reconciliations and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.Analyze credit risk and implement effective collection strategies.Statutory Compliance:Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.Purchase Management:Oversee vendor payments and manage purchase invoices.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.Work closely with procurement teams to optimize costs and efficiency.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.Qualifications & Skills:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.1-3 years of experience in accounts & finance roles.Strong knowledge of receivables management, statutory compliance, and purchase management.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.Interested candidate Send their resume : chitra@acesglobal.net
