Job DescriptionWe're hiring for the profile of GM/DGM - Finance and Account for Delhi locationEducation: CA with PQE of 7-12 yearsIndustry preferred: Manufacturing Industry onlyWork Mode: 6-day week | 1 Saturday off + 2 WFH daysBUDGET: 35 LPA FIXEDMUST: Fund Raising , FPNA, Books of AccountsNOTE: Only Delhi NCR candidates are preferredRESPONSIBILITIES:Management of Cash flow and banking:- Manage cashflow by adequate cashflow planning, managing collections from the customers and following up with customers for collection- Manage and oversee banking relationships, Negotiate terms and conditions for working capital loan- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational banking requirements.Accounting and book closure:- Ensure proper accounting- Finalisation of Balance sheet- Work with auditors for closure of Balance sheetFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.- Prepare variance analyses comparing actual performance to budget and forecast.- Create dashboards and reports to present financial results to senior management.
