Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (SPO)to join our team and serve as the connectivetissue betweenengineeringandproduct.Thisrolewill workcloselyunderthedirectionofa Product Manager and will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable user stories and tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and thrives in environments where they can help engineering teams stay aligned with product goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewithengineerstointerprettechnical discussionsandconvert themintowell-defined user stories and tasks.
  • Ownthegroomingprocess: breakdownepicsinto smallerstories,ensure clarityofacceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
  • SupporttheProductManager inexecutingtheproductroadmap byaligningtechnical execution with business goals.
  • ParticipateinAgileceremoniesincludingsprintplanning, stand-ups,andretrospectives.
  • Maintainadeepunderstandingofthetechnical architectureanddependenciestoinform backlog prioritization.
  • Ensurethatreleasesaredeliveredontimeandmeetquality standards.
  • DefineandtracktechnicalKPIstomeasure progresstowardproduct goals.
  • Continuouslyseekfeedbackfromengineering,QA,UX,andstakeholderstorefinerequirements and improve delivery.
  • Drivethecollectionandanalysisoffeedbackfrominternaluserstoidentify technical improvements
  • Facilitatethecreationofproblemstatementsanduserstories by workingwithengineersandarchitectsto ensure technically sound acceptance criteria and efficient implementation paths.
  • Ensureproductsandreleases arelaunchedcorrectly and onschedule.
  • Recommendimprovementstotechnical infrastructureandengineeringefficiencyinalignment withthe technical product vision led by architects.
  • Strongtechnicalbackgroundwithexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentorengineering.
  • Deep understanding of salesforce sales cloud and salesforce service cloud and exposure to E-commerce.
Qualifications:
  • 3+yearsofprovenexperienceasaTechnicalProductOwner,TechnicalBusinessAnalyst,or similar role preferably in Salesforce CRM.
  • Strongtechnicalbackgroundwithexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentorengineering.
  • Proficiencyininterpretingandcommunicatingtechnicalconceptstonon-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienceworking withcloudplatforms,APIs,andmodern developmentpractices.Experience with Azure, Salesforce, and Java preferred.
  • UnderstandingofDevOpstoolsandpractices (e.g.,Docker,Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Designthinking mindset.
  • Experienceworking inAgileframework.
  • Excellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
  • Knowledgeofdatabasetechnologies(SQL,NoSQL)anddatawarehousing concepts.
  • Self-motivatedwiththeability toinspireandmotivateateam.
  • Abilitytoeffectivelyengageandmotivate largegroupsbyprovidingthought leadership.
  • Adaptableandproactivelyabletomovewithchange whilemaintainingapositiveattitude.
  • BS/BAinComputerScience, HumanComputerInteraction,orrelatedfield; MS desired.
  • Demonstratedproject managementexperience.
  • Leadingbyexampleandembodyingourvalues.
TechnologiesandToolsRequired:
  • ProficiencyinAgileprojectmanagementtoolssuchasJira.
  • ExperiencewithCRMsystemslike Salesforce.
  • FamiliaritywithUXdesigntoolssuchas Figma.
  • Knowledgeofsoftware developmentframeworkslike React,Angular,orVue.js.
  • UnderstandingofdataanalysistoolslikeTableau, PowerBI,orGoogle Analytics.
