We are looking for an extremely motivated and inspired individual who is having a keen interest to be part of Project Operations teamPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIESOperating within a position of key business importance, the Project Controller will be expected to carry out the following:
- Own Timesheet discipline within the Delivery Organization – Fill & Submit Quest Global Timesheet on behalf of Engineers who are deputed at Customer site
- Ensure Quest timesheets are in accordance with timesheet on Customer portal
- Zero difference between Customer Approved Timesheet & Quest Global Timesheet on Pulse
- Assist Senior PMO-PC’s (Project Controllers) in assisting project creation, financial task creation, bill rate assignment, resource management and timesheet reconciliation in MS Project Ops (Pulse) for designated customer accounts
- Assist Project Leaders & Senior Project Controllers in MS Project Ops (Pulse) activities across the project lifecycle
- Maintain project financial hygiene such as revenue at risk, unearned revenue, unbilled revenue, On Time Invoicing (OTI) minimizing write offs
- Responsible for Assisting the overall monitoring and reporting of project performance
