Job Title: Tender Executive / Tender EngineerDepartment: Tendering / EstimationIndustry: EPC / Engineering & ConstructionLocation: VikhroliExperience Required: 3-10 years (depending on seniority level)Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tendering Executive with a background in the EPC and Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process-from bid identification and document preparation to submission and post-bid clarification. A B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering field is required.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from clients, portals, and internal business development teams.- Review and analyze tender documents (ITB/RFQ/RFP) for scope, technical and commercial requirements.- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project, and finance teams for technical and commercial inputs.- Prepare and compile bid documents, ensuring compliance with all client requirements.- Conduct risk assessment, cost estimation, and pricing for competitive bids.- Maintain tender documentation and records as per company protocols.- Liaise with clients for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and post-tender follow-ups.- Monitor bid progress and ensure timely submission of tenders.= Support negotiation and contract finalization processes post-tender.= Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.Requirements:Education: B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline.Experience : - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in tendering within the EPC or Oil & Gas industry.- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract terms (FIDIC/EPIC), and commercial principles.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Interested candidates can share their updated resume or Whatsapp: 8169242457 (ref:updazz.com)
